Delivery

Free same or next day delivery in our service area. Outside our service area there will be a shipping and handling charge.

*Residential within our service area will be subject to a delivery charge.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Payment

COD or approved open account, which is due on the 10th of the following month.

All accounts not paid within that time will be charged a 1.5% interest charge. All checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged a minimum charge of $30.00. *Fees subject to change without notice.

Returns

All returns must be called into our office within 30 days for authorization before they can be returned. Original receipt is required with all returns, No Exceptions. Parts must be in original packing and same condition received within 30 days.

*Parts that have been painted, sanded and or damaged are not returnable for full credit. A 20% restocking fee will be added to all returns.

Warranty

All CAPA and USA Parts come with a conditional limited lifetime warranty. Lights, mirrors and cooling products carry a limited one-year warranty to the original purchaser with original receipt. All warranty claims 30 days after date of purchase can only be exchanged for parts or in store credit only within 60 days of original date purchased.

All references to OEM part numbers & trade names are listed for easy cross-reference and not to suggest that any of the parts listed in this guide were manufactured by them.

CAPA

Availability of CAPA certified parts could only be determined at time of order. CAPA continually monitors quality; therefore capa status of a particular part may change. To assure you are getting capa quality please specify if part has to be a capa part at time of ordering.
